Gluten Free Peanut Butter Blossoms


Ingredients

2 cups Peanut Butter

1 cup light brown sugar

2 eggs

2 1/2 tsp baking soda

Hershey Kisses(optional)

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Cream the peanut butter and brown sugar together. Add eggs and baking soda. Mix well. Roll cookie dough into 1 inch balls and place onto a greased or non stick cookie sheet.

Flatten with your hand.

Bake for 8 minutes or almost done. Take out of oven and place Hershey kiss into the center of the cookie. PLace cookies back into the oven to allow the kisses to melt slightly. I just keep an eye on them and pull them out when the kiss looks soft.

Makes 4 dozen cookies...3 dozen if your kids help make them.

To make the traditional criss cross peanut butter cookie..flatten cookie dough and then use a fork to make the pattern on them.
