Our Curriculum for 2015-2016

It's hard to believe another school year is about to begin. I have had a lot of fun planning and getting ready for this year. I always enjoy planning for the new year. I often feel I plan too much!

This year, the kids will be doing work in 4th-7th grade. It all depends on the subject.
For "regular" school, they would be in 5th and 6th grade. I can't believe they are that old already. It feels like we just started learning our ABC's and 123's. Where has the time gone?

To make things easier this year, I am giving Lego Man and Princess P real names.....not their real names though.

Princess P will now be called Therese after her favorite saint.  Lego Man will now be called Micheal after Saint Micheal of course.

So what are the kids up to this year? Let me fill you in.

  1. Oh my gosh, you are one organized Mom! I'm pinning this so I can refer back. I still have yet to plan my total curr, tho I do know what I'll be using in a few subject areas. You're super ambitious...I really needed this in order to motivate me, so THANK YOU!!!
I'm still busy clearing and cleaning, throwing away, donating and potentially selling items. I'm inundated with too much stuff which is causing me a great deal of anxiety bc I can't I havehe next couple of weeks will be focused on getting rid of stuff so I can finally sit down and see what for 2015-2016 and what I still need. sigh

Wow, I'm impressed that you're all set by the end of July!
