Day 3 in Yellowstone was another fun filled day. We headed off to explore the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone!

The Grand Canyon of the Yellowstone ranges in depth from 750 to 1200 feet.

The width varies from 1500 to 4000 feet.

The hiking trails are wonderful and the waterfalls are breathtaking.

While exploring the area, we saw this gray little bird.
Isn't he cute?

Michael was thrilled to see a Trumpeter Swan. It was one of the many animals he wanted to see while out there.

We did stop and see the Dragon's Mouth Spring. This spring is named perfectly. You can picture a dragon blowing out smoke when you are viewing it. I immediately thought of Pete's Dragon.

Thanks for stopping by and journeying with us!

Till Next Time,
Monique
