Good morning! I hope y'all had a wonderful week. Ours was a busy one. Trying to get school work finished up, bags packed for Michael, and all the very day chores around here. We had a low key weekend. Therese and I spent the weekend curled up reading books and planting a few flowers. We had a girls weekend and it was nice to spend it with my girl.

What I'm doing right now~
Obviously typing up this post, but I'm sipping my cup of coffee and listening to the birds sing. I'm enjoying the peace and quiet since I'm the only one up. Well, the only person up. All the animals are up and have been feed.
Chickens- done
Cats- done
Dog- done
Fluffy stray cat- done (he's slowly getting used to me. I haven't been able to pet him yet, but he gets close to me now.) We need to come up with a name for him. It's gray and fluffy. Any suggestions?
What's for breakfast~
Coffee as usual. Gotta have my cup of coffee. I'm also having an organic protein shake. It's chocolate and peanut butter. It tastes just like a peanut butter chocolate shake.
The weather~
It's hot and muggy here. It never fails. We go from winter to summer in about a week. We get spring days in February thrown in here and there. I don't mind the heat, but the dog has been panting, so I may have to turn on the air for the poor girl.

I have a huge pile to get through over the summer. I'll have plenty of reading time once Therese starts swim practice. Two hours a day sitting at the pool while she practices. Sunshine and a good book. It doesn't get better than that!
