Learning about Mt. Vesuvius and the city of Pompeii made Lego Man eager to create a volcano.
He brought out his volcano making kit he received as a gift for his birthday.
The kids had a blast creating the volcano and then activating it.

ReplyDeleteWe are doing a unit study on volcanoes this summer. I am currently getting my lesson together. The Magic Tree House books are fun for kids. I wouldn't consider them great literature, but they are entertaining for the kids and they do teach them about the subject of the book.
